Ref# 36CTK130113 On 13 Novemeber 2012 our cables got for the 3rd time in 2 months. Telkom promised to get it fixed by 13 December 2012, but as you all know that is a LIE! Instead Telkom told me 24 Dec 2012..again a LIE! Then it would be 11 Feb 2013 which basically amounts to 61 days since the fault was reported. In 61 days I've received 0 ZERO NADA update from Telkom. Telkom I now have the legal right to take you to court, despite your 'best effort clause', which will be disputed as this is clearly a case of non best effort.
Best effort amounts to:
1. Strengthen security to prevent (not done)
2. Service Client request in a resonable manner (not done)
3. Refund client for inconvieniency caused (Cellphone bill and line rental)(not done)
