Ref# 36CTK130113 On 13 Novemeber 2012 our cables got for the 3rd time in 2 months. Telkom promised to get it fixed by 13 December 2012, but as you all know that is a LIE! Instead Telkom told me 24 Dec 2012..again a LIE! Then it would be 11 Feb 2013 which basically amounts to 61 days since the fault ...
