I made an ATM dep at Standard bank Glen. I deposited an amount into my account. The mistake I made was not to put the money into an envelope as my main bankers don't require an envelope.
The next day my account was only credited with an amount that is much less. I went into a branch in Rondebosch to complete a form with my query. Up to now nothing has been done after numerous phone calls. I have now been told to go back to the branch and complete another form as the initial form use was incorrect that was completed by the customer consultant on the 4th of November.
This incident has not been actioned at all. Just lying in file 13 waiting to go away.
I need my account credited with the correct amount.
