Hello, I have still not gotten any response from MTN about the query. I have sent in the affidavit to Boy Jones as requested. My reference number for the complaint is REQ:1443943.
It still doesn't make any sense how it is taking this long to process or rectify the error on my account, the complaint was placed on 19th of October 2012.
Please assist me with this MTN.
