BIS down for over 3 weeks!

Hi,
My BIS has been down for over three weeks. I spoke to numerous people at the technical call centre and was told that this is an on-going problem and would be rectified, but that they could not tell me when. I paid BIS in order to use the service and have not been able to use it for nearly a month now. I use a Blackberry Bold 9900.
