CELLPHONE ISSUE

I have been calling vodacom customer care since monday 4-03-2013, been having issues with my blackberry because i couldnt access my BIS... TODAY 6-03-2013..i spoke to TSEBO MOTSHWENENG and he wwas so patient with helping me to sort out my problem... yesterday i mistakenly purchased another BIS on top of what i had... though i cant use my phone yet for BIS because it had previously been used on another network of which my BB PIN has to be released from for me to continue using vodacom, he told me what to do... and vodacom has refunded me for my purchases...(too quick and convenient)..also a guy called Shawty called me to say i have been refunded as promised.
