On 28 february 2013 I mistakenly subscribe with ZAP, I immediately send an sms to unsubscribe, i got an sms confirming that i have unsubscribed . they continue to debit R6/per day to my airtime. On 05.03.2013 I phone them on 021 406 8686 I follow the instruction given on their voicemail, i immediately received an sms cornfirming that they've cancelled the membership. To my surprise they still taking R6/day to my airtime.
Can you please help me to stop ZAP to debit.
