My company applied for a data contract 25 feb 2013. We went to the store in Clearwatermall and spoke to Mpho. Wow, now it is the 6th of March, and no happiness yet!!! Order nr incorrect... cant get hold of the store (nr not being answered (0116755838)... call centre keeps on cutting me off!!! After about an hour I spoke to Dominique at credit vetting, who spoke to Martin?? and we got the correct order nr... but nothing has been done on this application yet!!! Is this what we can expect from Telkom's 8TA?
