Not notifying customers about changes on bis

Im on mtn bis where by you load r^) worh of airtime than convert it to bis tha you use that for 30 days, mine expired on the 1st feb bought airtime than loaded the normal way*141*11# to my suprize it didnt wanna work tried a cople of time still the same i than called 173 customer care oh i was than told that it has been changed. i asked but i wasnt told or saw an advert so i was told what to do the agent tod me about mega byte that u will get etc, dropped that did it only to find out it was a wrong option so i sked to credit me back the r50 that went to something i didnt want they couldnt has spoken to three agents by than called for supervisor the same day but they never got bck to me .on sat i called again and i was tod i wont get back my r50 had to load another r50 t0 get my bis aurged i was ever informed of that changed. i love mtn but thet put me in and had to over spend wgich i didnt budget but need bis to coomunicate with school stuff etc.im was happy at all.i even told i was gonna report them on hellopeter and i ment it
