Hi, this is the second complaint on the same issue I raised previously.
Mine phone is still experiencing issues after 2 repairs by MTN and seems they not doing a good job of it.
MTN Eastgate contacted me and they personally ran up to Midrand for repairs and contacted me to explain my issues, being told they would fix everything.
I am still experiencing issues with my micro SD card reader in my Galaxy S3, and rejects any micro SD I insert on an intermittenet basis.
Saying unexpectantly removed, then it needs to be formatted and SD is corrupt, then 10 min later happily reads the SD. only thing MTN managed to fix was my attrocious battery life. I dont not know what is so hard to fix this issue, as I am told they replaaced the main board and all, but seems to me personally, it is a faulty unit and MTN doesnt want to replace it and would rather leave me without a phone day after day to "repair" it. I do not have the time to always run after MTN and follow up and especially not drive out to Midrand to fix this issue. MTN direct wont help on the matter either shirking me to contact another HVRC centre in Morningside. why can this not be resolved without such hassle?
