To whom it may concern
Due to a temporary relocation I did not renew my cell phone contract (no. A3840849) with MTN (in cc) and changed to a pay as you go agreement for the time being. On enquiring about my accumulated airtime (>R2000) and requesting this to be transferred into my pay as you go account, I've been told that this won't be possible due to 2 different systems being in place. Neither transfer, nor out-payment was possible according to a call centre agent and his supervisor.
My understanding of the CPA is, that on termination (which was exactly after the agreed upon 24 months) any amount liable by either consumer or supplier must be settled.
Can you please advice whom to contact regarding this matter?
