Incorrect debit amount

To much money has been debited from my account and since 28 February I have been trying to get it back and 8ta is not any help. I have been calling and calling and everytime its a different story. so I was given the number of the collections department to ask them why to much was debited. WHO IS THE CUSTOMER? THERE IS NO SERVICE. petrol goes up, my bills needs to be paid and I need traveling money. WHAT IF YOU WERE IN MY SHOES THEN I WONDER.

I WANT MY MONEY I AM FED UP WITH THIS PING PONG SERVICE
