I need someone with more than half a brain cell to contact me immediately!!!
In my obviously futile attempts to make contact with your personnel to terminate my contract, I have racked up an exorbitant bill of calls to your call centre of more than R700 and I refuse to spend another cent. I was in contact with your call centre, particularly Brenda Raphesu and Aderlee Veerasamy, both of whom I liaised with on the 19th November, 12th December, 18th December and the 28th of December each time requesting them to go ahead with the deduction and cancellation process. It is now the 25th of February 2013. I have had enough, GET THIS DONE NOW!!!
Thus it is VERY simple, debit my bank account with settlement amount and then cancel the contract WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, so the I can be rid of this unnecessary irritation and stress factor. Lets get this done before I blow another fuse!!!
