what service do we actually get form you guys, Thank I don't have an account with you because of the lack of service and incompetence we as Customers get from your agents, supervisors and managers, i am utterly disgusted with the level of service you provide to clients,
My Father has passed on in December i have informed the legal department that he has passed on and i would like to Retain his number they informed that they will get back to me, today i get a call saying that whoever wants to transfer the line on to their name must send the documents through pay R1000.00 some odd rand, I Informed the Agent we don't wish to continue with the contract as we would just like to keep the number, he informs me that an amount R3500.00 needs to be paid in order to keep the number, this for me is utter, The man is dead, the Contract is No LONGER Needed, all we want is the Number, when I asked if the Contract can be changed he says no, this is an Expensive Package, After me telling him that he needs to Treat me as a Client, he was still no Help at all, he didn't give me the answers I was looking for, After my Father being a Loyal Client for more than 12
