You should be ashamed!

A loyal customer since 2007. Never missed a payment. Current contract ended on 24/2 ..now considering i signed for a TWO year contract you'd think thats enough notice as to when the thing will end. Of course NOT! service providers find a loophole to more money out of you. Service should NOT be in the title. I phone on the 4th Mar to find out what they need from me as I am porting my nbr to someone else, based on the cheaper data rates. I get told no ..its 4th of Mar so i'm bound to them until 25th of Apr. Logic says you should be on a "Pay-as-you-go", seeing as the contract was up!! The gym doesnt tell me i owe them another month because i didnt give them 31 days notice. I got told I HAVE to cancel the contract immediately and then only pay FULL amnt at end of Mar and Apr can be a pay as you go but I still have to pay the agreed R300. Having no choice i said ok. Now my phone doesnt work, bar sms and calling. I have tried for 2 days to get help, only to be cut off and NO ONE calls back. I have asked for a Mngr to call me. I mailed asking the same. Still ..NOTHING! I'm angry beyond words! Perhaps I'm being treated like this as I am chosing to port my nbr elsewhere. Such Integrity
