So it has been 5 days since Vodacom has promised to contact me due to a iPhone that I received that had signs of scratches despite it being brand new!
Not only are your products currently lacking quality, I chose to pay a premium to stay with "SA's Leading Cellphone Network" despite having superior contract deals available from other networks. Really starting to doubt whether I made the right choice as poor customer feedback and failed promises are not part of a long list of issues that I am experiencing!
