Good morning Peter, thank you for your support and assistance, i received an email from your site informing me that in 3 days time, it will be 1 year for my complaint & that it will be removed from your site. It seems like all is still in vain, almost 1 year down the line and 8Ta still have not fixed the problem, They have been excellent in sending someone over to test the signal & to verify my complaint, but since then, nothing has transpired. According to the Technicians, all that was need to be done was to adjust the dish on the main tower which is about 1 km away from me. To date, nothing has happened. I have bought data bundles, which have expired because of the signal problem. The point i was stressing is that i have adsl at work so the dongle was purchased for after hours data downloads. I must stress that when i initially purchased that dongle, the lady at the store was adamant that we have coverage, when i went back for a refund, they said no refund on 3G products. The fact of the matter is that they misrepresented me and 1 yr later, i am still sitting with a modem that i cannot use. Thank You Peter, for trying to help. The Corporates will always be at the top of the foodchain
