NO ITEMISED BILLING DESPITE NUMEROUS REQUESTS
Since August 2012 I have specifically asked for an itemised bill to be sent to me per post every month, for various cellphones/tablet on my name. I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE OF THIS SINCE AUGUST 2012, AND AM HIGHLY UPSET WITH THIS BAD SERVICE!!! I have virtually on a daily basism, since 4 February 2013, enquired about the problem on the online query system, and all I have received to date is auto- reponse upon auto-response promising that someone will revert to me within 24 hours. This never happens!
