Wife's Blackberry (Torch) phone stopped ringing. Callers could hear her but she could not hear them, ....this all happened at end of Nov' 2012.
MTN then issued replacement phone but had trouble charging it from the word go. In Feb'2013 this year the phone became more difficult to charge (the connection was loose & not making proper contact, had to wiggle & move it around to try and get a decent connection for it to charge properly, ...... once again we went to MTN & was issued with yet another reurbished phone.
When we went to restore her data even the Blackberry guy battled to get the connection going. This phone, same as the last refurbished phone. Connection loose and battling to charge.
At this stage we are not prepared to accept yet another refurb. phone just to deal with someone elses problems again & again. I believe we are paying money for this service every month & find this totally unacceptable to have this problem with a cell phone which does not work properly.
I contacted MTN to try upgrade earlier offering to pay the diff. in as update only in Sept' 2013 but said I can only upgrade in April' 2013 must pay 2 month fees, I offered to pay 3 but they won't do it now.
