As per my last complaint .i was told to forward all matters to robert.i have done this, there are times i tried calling without success .please check mt first matter with kgare and see how long this matter is with him .as for the other adviser i was told on the 13th that i would recieve a copy of this so called cancellatin letter to vodacom .if clientel cant assist me with my 2 matter please advise.i am paying for these handsets while waiting for these advisers look for a solution >i do understand that things do take time but will this matter be finalized when im done paying for it >please can you assist me with getting people that are willing to assist me and not give me the run around .i still await roberts response and therefore urge you to give ma someone else to email my concerns >>>if for whar ever reason i cannot be assisted please cancel my policy as im sick and tired of having to email and call after people .its costing me money >>>>>this is a urgent request and hope some 1 high will respond and not leave me hanging around
