I want to put in an insurance claim. I call 808, ask to be put through to Insurance dept. Once I get the IVR there it asked for my phone number - I put it in, but it keeps saying its invalid and simply drops the line. I've now tried 3 times, have made a request on twitter but no-one looks like they want to help me. Please help me - I simply want to put in a claim for my iPhone which I dropped yesterday, cracking the screen.
