My husband and i go to Kung-fu kitchen very often and this was the worst service and attitude. We rang the bell he didnt even look at us when opening the gate, when we got to the counter he didnt even greet us, when placing the order he didnt even look at us, he took our money and we said thanks... he didnt say a word no eye contact or anything. while waiting i asked for a menu he didnt answer me and i took one anyway... Another customer came in and the exact service was given... we didnt say anything while being there (as in complaining) just incase he did something to the food... I'm shocked and i wasnt impressed at all. I think customer service should be number one when in a company...
