Misleading information/ No response afterwards

Since 18 October 2012 I have been struggling to get a reply from MTN.
All of this after I was provided with misleading information, it seem this was done to get me to take a contract.
On 19 Feb 2013 I created a report on Hello Peter. On 20 Feb 2013 I was informed that my complaint was referred to Regional Management.
Up to date I have not received any other feedback.
