ME Magagula was previously working for Katanga cleaning services and was retrenched on 30/06/2012. Her supervisor by that time insured her that her pensionfund will pay out after 3 months. Since October 2012, Miss Magagula is quering as she did not receive any payment. Katanga then referred her to NBC holdings, who is processing the payments. Since October 2012 she following up with no success, people who assisted her were a guy by the name of Andrew, then a Brayton assisted her. It is only on 19/03/2013 that Brayton informed her that a query was sent threw to Katanga for outstanding contributions. According to their records her contract ended 31/05/2012 and the last contribution was made end February 2012. On 20/03/2013 a lady by the name of Pumi at Katanga Hr department confirmed that the Miss Magagula's retrenchment date is 30/06/2012 and that all payments were made. Miss Magagula is a middle age (single) lady who is looking after her grandchildren and need the money that she worked for all the years. The trust relation between Katanga and NBC Holdings are in jeopordy as no one seem to know what is going on. Miss Magagula would like for her money to be paid to her asap
