With all of this reference numbers my concerns and disgust was still not addressed.
I was enticed to enter into a contract with MTN due to false and misleading information provided to me. I have proof of this in writing. MTN responded to say I did not act within the 7 days cool down period of the CPA. My question would be how the cool down period is relevant to a contract that was concluded as a result of a misrepresentation made.

I only took up the contract as a result of the false/misleading information provided to me and have been trying to resolve the matter since October 2012, as can be seen from the reference numbers.
