I took out a contract for my kids November 2012 and by January the phone the was faulty, less than two months!!! I took it back as it was under warranty and the response is water damage. This is not the case as the phone has not even had the plastic protection removed from the screen such is the attitude it has been treated with. I believe this is just an excuse used by 8ta to get the customer to pay for their (8ta's) obligations and to have them tick a red tape box and say they have fulfilled their obligations while giving the customer the proverbial finger!!
Of course any queries have fallen on deaf ears or fallen into a black abyss called customer service!!
