Telkom insensitive to emergency line

I guess it is no use telkom advertising for business. I am a general medical Practitioner in Newlands Durban. Due to cable on the 20th of february the business would have to go without any lines until 25th of March 2013. Both my numbers 0315777444 and 0315774422 has got no fault message by telkom so patients think we are just not there. My concern is that for an emergency line to be told 6 weeks for a repair is sad. How can Telkom continue to advertise for business.!!
