I logged in and upgraded my account to a 10Mbps uncapped because I need to download some large files for a demo tomorrow.
Going through the process I get a notice at the end saying the service will be activated on 1 April! I need it now!
Phone the call centre, sorry, we cannot upgrade you immediately, because of your pending request! If you phoned us first we could have done it! You need to phone tomorrow because we have to cancel the pending request and then we can do it immediately! Cancellations are not working today...
