Update on pension withdrawal

Since my resignation on the 30th of September 2013 I did not get proper feedback on the progress or status on my file. I understood that the whole process will take about 06 weeks. I contacted Absa and spoke to Tebogo Boshomane between the 24 and 30th Nov 2013 and she informed me that she has received the tax directive and need to update a repayment of the loan owed to Absa and then the file will go for authorisation for the funds to be released. Ever since I been unable to get hold of Tebogo or any other consultant. I faxed a letter to the Absa consultants on the 27 Nov 2013 and received a call from Mr Chai of Absa on the 28 Nov. He told me that someone will call me on the 29 Nov to update me of the status of my file but do date no one called. I tried calling the consultants on the 02 and today to no avail. From the reception number 011 846 3500 I get transferred to consultants and all calls go unanswered. I was at one stage informed by one of the consultants at 011 846 3402 that Kailash is the one dealing with my file but I am unable to get hold of Kailash.
ALL I want is to know the status of my file and when can I expect the funds to be released!
