I just received the most amazing service from Eunice. I have been having problems with my internet for the last two days and have phoned the call centre numerous times with no joy. One person even told me I had to replace my brand new modem. Finally I spoke to Eunice and she gave me the best service ever. She were extremely well informed and knew exactly what do. I really do applaud her for the service I received. She made my day!!
