Mtn suddenly started charging me on my data usage although I have BIS. Yes, there are downloads but they have not charged for these previously. Have they changed their policy? Atleast they should make the effort to communicate that to their customers! Their call centre is better suited for a government environment as they have the most incompetent people assisting (or not assisting!). Even after telling the operator that '"my contract ends in a few months and I will not be renewing"... the operators response was "Ok.". What a joke! For such a large company, the service is pathetic!
