I applied for a micro sim, which after six weeks are still battling to get, Not only are the call centre staff unhelpful, the management does not want to come to the phone to solve their incompetencies. I have spent endless time phoning and emailing and all the time was assured the sim is on its way, its going for the seventh week now still no results. Cell C you are supposed to be revamping the company or is just talk... I was told Zuaid is Thabo's supervisor and he will come back to me I held on for over 30min and he never came to the phone, sick and tired of stupid service...
