SICK AND TIRED OF WAITING

Three weeks ago, I upgraded my cellphone. And all of a sudden all my airtime was gone (had a top up R200) i pay on time every single month and my airtime etc just gets taken away.
I then call the call centre - they tell me they have logged my query and I should phone them in 3 days and it will be sorted. The i phone about a week later. Tell me, the previous person sent this to the wrong department, they will have to resend it. Ok, they tell me phone in a week. I wait over a week and call again, and what happen.. same.. the person didnt add the detail of the complaint to the new deparment, so they need to send it off again.. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? ARE YOU SERIOUS??? i am so tired of this. I feel like cancelling my contract, and perhaps trying another service provider as perhaps they will be able to cater for my needs.. Im so sick of Cell C.. quick to take, but not quick to respond..
