Third complaint same problem

This is the third complaint i am logging on hello peter about same thing and is still not resolved.
Every month i still need to pay my account manually and every time they say they did put a debit order on my account.

Secondly i dot receive my statement like i should.

I am tired of Nashua and will not continue with them
