I went into the Three Rivers store to cancel in NOVEMBER, I call the call centre 2 Weeks ago again to cancel and guess what, yesterday monies got taken out of my bank account once again.

I want the monies owed to me for the mistakes made by your company back in my account today still, and confirmation that the account has now finally been cancelled.
Seems English is a very difficult language to comprehend when you work in the branch or call centre.
