2 months in a row now i have had issues. At the end of January I was double billed for services I have never used as well as BIS for an iPhone account. These were then credited and I was advised to pay only the balance - my service was shut off. Eventually restored.
Now this month, they double debit off my account - I'm not talking about R200 here. I'm talking about a total of R4490 that has been deducted as well as the credited amounts from the previous month.
I haven't received a statement this month and when I call your call centre, I have now been on hold for 32 minutes and counting. Your service is disgusting. I expect someone to call me to rectify this situation.
