Unable to explain debit to my account!!

Was debited R22.50 this morning, but contract with them was cancelled end of last year. When I phoned this morning, their response to me was that they are unable to tell me what the debit was for, as their systems are still being updated with last nights debits. I must phone back tomorrow?! This is not good enough!!
