No Customer support & repeated wrongful billing

I have had a contract with Cell C for 2 years, which was completed in 19th November 2012. I submitted the documents required by 3rd Januarty 2013 closing off the contract. However Im still being billed & being sent repeated nasty smses saying my account is in arrears. I have not only 1, but 2 reference nos from acknowledging that the account is closed, and a stack of letters & documents proving that I am in the clear.
I have had to go to the bank in my lunch hour 3 times now to keep on reversing the amount they keep on deducting from my account for a contract that no longer exists. I am a single mom... and these endless trips & bank fees add up each month. As we all know every penny counts nowadays. I am not a complainer, I'd say 'Im a pretty calm natured women, however this is causing me such unnecessary stress.
Right now the competitors of MTN or even VODACOM seem a much better option for me to consider.
