Disgruntled potential custome

After ordering a new telephone line and ADSL last year, I found that the technician had closed the call instead of installing the line. My new application this year has resulted in daily phone calls to Telkom with a continually moving install date. Everytime they sms and appointment time, I arrange to be at home to meet them and they don't show. My advice to everyone is to rather go wireless if you have coverage
