In January Autopage Cellular called me regarding my son's cellphone account that was in arrears, I immediately paid over the amount and fax them the proof of payment. 24 Hours later the cellphone was suspended and I called them, they promised to re-instate te phone without the R43 re-connection fee. I called every day, twice a day and every time they "were busy allocating the payment" and only on a week later they re-instate the phone. Now on the February bill they as for R43 times 2 for re-connection fees!!

We have been struggeling with this service provider for 2 years now, the people at the call centre do not know what is going on there and the Accounts department even less
