I went in to sign a first time contract for a samsung s3 mini. I first battled to find stock of it and eventually only managed to find one after trying the third branch. Finding an option I liked was easy. I signed the contract with no hesitation. I enjoyed the product for a day and a half when the problems started. The R135 airtime that is included in the contract was finished. I hadn"t even made one phone call or sent an sms. Phoning customer care didn't help as they could not tell me why the airtime had finished. I dropped the matter and bought more airtime only to have the same problem happen. I've only had the phone for five days and havent even enjoyed it or the airtime. Phoning the autopage shop on three different occasions didn't help as they were unhelpful and had no idea what the company policy was. Phoning headoffice also proved pointless as they kept telling me to phone the shop where they have untrained staff working. Due to their unhelpfulness I no longer wish to have the phone or a contract through them. Every other cellphone shop allows a seven days no question return policy but apparenlty autopage doesn't. Very terrible service all round from autopage.
