Can't get an answer out of them

I contacted the 8ta call centre to find out if the have the Samsung SIII with LTE in stock, but they don't answer the question. They keep saying the have not launched the LTE network so you can't use it. That was not the question I asked. The other answer I go was they will only release the LTE phone the the LTE network has been launched. Well then why are they selling the iphone with LTE at the moment.

I have taken it as 8ta has not got the phone & I need to cancel my contract & go the Vodacom.
