For one i dont understand why im still with the network.
Is it possible to cancell the contract as per the last complaint that i raised no one bothered to answer that question. Also asked why i was charged for the BIS after i upgraded to a samsung. they told me that they will return my BIS money its centuries later and in still waiting for feedback.
i also want to know abt the 'value added services' that u guys charge me. i dont remember taking them and i dont remember yor consultants explaining them. if my one contract is 399 and the other one is 350 why is my bill over 800???
i need an answer Vodacom and please do not refer me to Roderique anymore. i will take this up with ICASA if i have to.
