I want help desperately!

I am a client with Autopage since 1996 and never missed a payment. After I've made an arrangement when I couldn't pay for that month which was in December 2010 and did pay the account in January 2011 all the problems started.

I do not get response back from Autopage. I've contacted various people and lastly Dolores Grobler - Head of Legal Department after being handed over to lawyers. After telephonic discussions I was advised to email my problem and they would get back to me with an outcome by Board Decision. Email was sent in September 2012 with reply that they have forwarded the email. No further response received since then.

I now received a final demand from another lawyer (not the same as previously mentioned) to pay R8054.31 before 18/02/2013 only received final notice on 22/02/2013. I've emailed Ms Dolores Grobler again on 25/02/2013 and again up to now no response to my query.

My query is too long for the allowed 1200 characters I will gladly send my email addressed to Dolores for your review.

I want a senior person who can assist me and finally sort out this issue once and for all.
