Telkom does have Restrictions on their Uncappe ACC

So about 40Min ago i got off the phone with Telkom because i have been getting really high pings on my ADSL line.
Did a bit of head bashing with one of the Managers on duty, his name is "BA" to try resolve my problem. they recreated my port just like they did last night and the night before and so on.
basically he told me, one of the reason i could be getting high pings and slow connectivity is because my uncapped account is being throttled.
so i told him i have also used a Telkom capped account which i know is not capped and same results.
and have used another ISP as well. he told i must try the telkom guest account.

i think this is total BS as what does throttling got to do with HIGH PINGS (getting about 150ms to 180 -ms)
i really dont know where they get their support staff...
i also asked this manager dude. to show me where it states that there are restrictions, cause i told him ill show him a press-release that states that restrictions have been removed... now now i know some is going to say something about AUP.
total gigs downloaded for the month is - 170gigs. i dont know if this alot, but from what i have heard and seen over the last few months, this is little.
