TERRIBLE SERVICE

Cell C contacted me about a contract and i accepted. The phone arrived 2 days late and it was the wrong colour, i decided that if this was the service received before even switching the phone on this wasnt worth my trouble. I had 7 days since last Wednesday to return the phone, i contacted cell c to tell them to fetch the phone and was told this was "no problem" and they would be here on Monday, its now Wednesday and still nothing, no one can help and no one replies to my emails or facebook rants on their page. I am now forced to go into a cell c branch and inconvenience myself to drop the phone off and im not even sure they will accept it at any store but ill be damned if 7 days go by and they try keep me locked into this contract. Pathetic service, bad attitudes!!! I would rather stay on a prepaid with Vodacom because at least then i can control whats going on.
