Once again nashau mobile it took 30 emails more than 40 phone calls and phone being switched off 15 times before someone comes back to me after 2 months really you call that service...? im sick of this really cant believe a company can run like this... they send you through to one of the main people at head office (bianca cant) to help you with your problem after more than 20 cals and almost 20 emails you still dont get one reply or one call back only got one call yesterday from someone else that could not help me the manager at the durbanville store also does not come back to me and just turns every word you say. my phone is off till i pay the outstanding amount i almost lost my job because ofbthis as i use my phone the whole day just switch off my phone without any notification... now thats good service!!! and who is paying for the 1.5hours i spent on the phone with the people atmhead office.if anyone is thinking of getting a nashua mobike contract dont please and i you still wanto just dont do it at the durbanville branch!!! the people that work there doesnt know what is going on they dont know how to work with clients...
