Incompetence towards company

I got a call november 2012 from cell c offering me modium and i accepted for R45.00 a month but we did not finish the call. Got my staff but my banking info captured was incorrect and when i got a second call to inform me I fixed them. Sales consultant failed to fix on their side and now I am sitting with a bill of R980.61 and I refuse to pay it becase they are incompetent and its not my fault that they made a mistake. They even handed me over on credit beaurer.

The first one i spoke to never bother to phone me back and close the sale but what she did was to capturer her own thing on the system.
