Disgustng service from MTN Nicolway

I have no officially had it with MTN and especially the Nicolway branch. My pathetic Blackberry has bombed out after only a year and a half and due to stock not being available at Cell C i am forced to stay on this dreaded network. All I want is an early upgrade due to the fact that the Blackberries MTN have supplied are falling apart. I have paid the specified amount that Retention's asked me to pay in order to get an early upgrade on the 7th February 2013 and I am still waiting to be able to upgrade. The phone is available at Nicolway and I have been there twice already today both times for an hour in hopes of actually getting a phone that I can use today. This is unacceptable. I use this phone for business and a day without a phone is a loss in money for myself. I went back a second time and told them what time I was coming and they still did not have everything set up for me. I now must go back for a third time this afternoon, which is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Disgusting service from MTN!!!
