I have been struggling for months (since October) to get telephone and internet services from Telkom and Owen is the first employee who has been able to assist me. i am very thankful for his empathy and willingness to assist me with obtain these services. I have been sent from pillar to post, given incorrect information, and been assisted by uninterested employees since October but Owen definitely changed my perception about Telkom employees.
